[HollyMutual-Announce] Whitehall leak repair update

All,

The excavator located the leak yesterday and fixed it, but after 
further investigation we discovered the entire pipe section (21') was 
badly deteriorated and decided to replace it sholw. We hope to complete 
this work today, although Colorado Water Well advised us not to expect 
water from the Whitehall well until Thursday night, at which time all 
Holly Mutual shareholders should have water again.

Normally we switch from 10 hours/night of water distribution to 7 on 
August 16th, and our water budget (as limited by our yearly pumping 
limits) is calculated to last us until our scheduled system shutdown on 
September 30th. We reevaluate both of these dates each year based on 
water usage to date. At this point we expect to have enough water to 
last until October 31st, but we will have to shorten our water 
distribution times to 3:00 - 10:00 am once Whitehall is back on line. 
Again, by schedule we would have done this about six weeks ago.
