[HollyMutual-Announce] Whitehall Leak Update

All,

We are awaiting excavator availability to repair the recent leak at the
Whitehall Well. Currently we are being told to expect mid-next week for
that to happen.

Colorado Water Well was out today to investigate isolating the leak in
our main pipeline loop. The good news is most of the properties should
be able to function off of the Piedmont Well until the leak is
repaired. The bad news is there are three properties to the east and
north of the Whitehall Well that are between the isolation valves, that
had to be cutoff as part of isolating the leak. At the moment this is
the best we can do, and the board will be looking to find an excavator
that can start the work before the ones we have already contacted.

We will try running Piedmont from midnight to 10:00 am, but it is
likely we will run out of water before the end of that time period. We
are technically in our "low water" season, during which we normally run
from 3:00 - 10:00 am, but given that we were down for an extended time
earlier in the summer, we believe we have a sufficient reserve for the
near term.

Cheers,
Mark Derbyshire
