[HollyMutual-Announce] System should be fully working again

All:

The pipe replacement for the Whitehall leak was completed Thursday, but
Colorado Water Well (CWW) wasn't able to get out here to reprogram the
distribution timers and open the isolating valves until today. We
should have water to all shareholders tonight from 3:00-10:00 am.
Please let me know if this is not the case.

Over the last week or so we received a number of reports from people
east of the Whitehall Well, and to the south. None of these properties
were receiving water in spite of our assumption that only three
properties were cutoff. We now believe there is another isolation valve
that has been closed for years or decades, breaking the loop design of
our system. We don't have a complete map of our system, and from time
to time we discover similar valves that became buried and lost. CWW did
scour the eastern edge of the neighborhood and identified one suspect
valve. They need a longer key to determine if it is the culprit and
hopefully we can find out next week.

Cheers,
Mark
