All,

CWW diagnosed a variable frequency drive problem that prevents the 
Whitehall distribution pump from running. The replacement is now on 
order and with a little luck it will be here early next week. I will 
advise you when Whitehall operation is restored.

In the meantime we will continue to run on only the Piedmont well. Last 
night it only had a few hours to fill its storage tank, so it's pretty 
certain it was drained early on. CWW will be checking the Piedmont well 
later today to verify the tank is being filled, and hopefully we will 
have more water tonight. Regardless, the Piedmont distribution is 
currently limited to the period from midnight to 7:00 am. We may need 
to further curtail these hours if the well is unable to fill its tank 
during its off hours.
