[HollyMutual-Announce] Important update

All:

We are struggling to provide what water we can through our one 
operating well. As most of you are aware, we had to cut our operating 
hours to between midnight and 8 am. Based on current production 
measurements, we should have the capacity for this if everyone sticks 
to their two days a week of watering. Unfortunately we have been 
running out of water, sometimes before 6 am.

We have had Colorado Water Well check the Piedmont well and its timers, 
and all is functioning correctly. There is no indication we have a 
leak. The only logical explanation remaining is some properties are 
watering outside of their designated days. If that is the case, could 
you please reset your timers so we can share our limited resources? If 
the overuse continues we will have no choice but to further restrict 
our operating hours, which could include shutting down Piedmont if it 
is unable to keep up with the distribution demand.

Colorado Water Well has the parts on order to repair the Whitehall 
well, and we are hoping to accomplish that next week. We will advise 
you the moment when our status changes.
