[HollyMutual-Announce] Whitehall repair update

All:

The Whitehall well repairs are not going to happen this week, because 
Colorado Water Well's rig to pull the pump broke down this past 
weekend. Rather than waiting for it to be repaired, they have been 
trying to locate a rig from another well company. However there are 
only four rigs in the metro area capable of this kind of operation, and 
all are busy. The good news is we now have a reservation for one on 
Wednesday, August 2. If all goes to plan, we hope to have both wells 
back in operation shortly thereafter.

At the moment the Piedmont well is overwhelmed by apparent overuse, in 
spite of many homeowners (including board members) switching over to 
Denver Water for irrigation. Please be a good neighbor and only water 
on your allocated days. We did have over 1.5" of rain last night, which 
should remove a lot immediate watering needs.
