All:

I checked with Colorado Water Well, and the wells are indeed operating. 
For today only they had to restrict the distribution hours to 7:00 am - 
4:00 pm because the storage tanks were not yet full. However they 
assure me that the wells should fill the tanks sometime tonight, and we 
will be in full operation on Tuesday.
