All:

The Holly Mutual wells are scheduled for activation on April 16. While 
we expect to be providing irrigation water on that date, I have not yet 
received confirmation from Colorado Water Well that all of their 
testing has been completed. I will send another email once I receive 
this, and until that time we would advise not scheduling irrigation 
companies to turn on your systems.

Until May we will be distributing water throughout the day to make it 
easier for you to test your irrigation systems. However watering is 
still restricted to your two assigned days from 3:00 - 10:00 am. The
