[HollyMutual-Announce] Full well operation restored

All:

There have been reports of no water pressure from the wells, coupled 
with other reports that they were working. Colorado Water Well visited 
the wells this morning and confirmed that the Whitehall well had shut 
down because of an over-pressure event, but the Piedmont well was 
working. This meant we would have pressure for four hours, followed by 
four hours of no pressure, and so forth. The problem has been 
corrected, and CWW will be checking on the wells more frequently in the 
next week or so.
