[HollyMutual-Announce] Leak Update

[Holly Mutual Water Company]

All:

We are progressing in tiny steps towards fixing the leak. The backhoe 
was supposed to be on site yesterday at 9:00 am. That morphed into 9:00 
am today, which then slid to noon. Sometime around 2:00 pm it was 
finally delivered. But the operator is now somewhere else. We have been 
told an operator will be there tomorrow, Friday, at 8:00 am.

We know where the pipe is, and the earlier hand dug hole appears to be 
close to the leak. But we are again waiting.
