All,

The backhoe to repair the leak was delivered yesterday, but we are 
currently stymied from digging because of an easement issue. The board 
has been busy trying to locate the appropriate documentation, but none 
of us live in the relevant plat, and it is taking time to access this 
by other means. Perhaps one of you might have this handy, and this 
could help us a lot.

If anyone living NORTH of Plateau happens to have a copy of their title 
insurance, it may include a document that describes the easement 
particulars. For my property this document is titled "Declaration of 
Protective Covenants", and I have pasted the language at the end of 
this email as an example. If anyone can locate this and notify me, it 
may be the final piece we need to get started.
