[HollyMutual-Announce] Leak repair plans

Today the excavator decided it was not practical to hand dig to the 
leak, and that machine excavation will be required. The location is not 
the easiest to access without risking property damage, and the board is 
considering which path to follow. We are hoping to be machine digging 
on Wednesday if everything falls into place. CWW is hoping the leak 
will be located and fixed in one day, but that is likely optimistic.
