[HollyMutual-Announce] Leak update

[Holly Mutual Water Company]

All:

On Friday last week we injected compressed air into the Holly 
distribution lines, and the leak location service was able to detect 
the approximate point of our leak. Today we excavated Piedmont and were 
able to find the leak itself.

This particular leak is different from the others we have experienced 
this year. It is immediately underneath the Denver Water line that was 
installed in 2000, and it appears the Denver Water installer damaged 
the Holly Mutual pipe in the process. In fact a clamp was placed on the 
Holly Mutual pipe to cover this, but the clamp was too small and thus 
is responsible for the current leak. CWW is currently in the process of 
obtaining the correct clamp size, and hopes to have this repaired and 
covered by tonight. If I hear otherwise I will post the details.
