[HollyMutual-Announce] Holly Mutual Flooding Update

[Holly Mutual Water Company]

All:

The property that caused the flooding a few days back was identified, 
but we have not yet been able to contact the responsible party to get 
this rectified. A couple of avenues are being pursued, and if necessary 
we may need to excavate their tap to turn it off. Unfortunately until 
this is handled, the Holly Mutual system will remain turned off. I will 
let you know once I have further news.
