[HollyMutual-Announce] Flooding update

[Holly Mutual Water Company]

All:

After the past two weeks of coordination and attempts to better isolate 
the flooding leak that has held up the start of irrigation water this 
year, yesterday was spent excavating for the leak. Unfortunately the 
source was not located. Today we will again turn on the Holly system 
for a short time to see if we can better pinpoint where next to 
excavate.

At this time we cannot yet determine whether the leak is in the Holly 
system, or from a shareholder's property. There is a suspicion this 
same leak was present last fall prior to the Holly system winter 
deactivation, and possibly back into last summer. As that leak 
significantly encroached on another shareholder's property, we are 
being cautious to prevent water damage to basements, etc.

I hope this saga will soon be coming to an end, but at this point we 
don't know how long the leak will take to be located.
