[HollyMutual-Announce] Please check your irrigation valves

All:

Colorado Water Well just checked in about powering up the irrigation 
system for tomorrow, and they discovered at least one property owner 
has left their valves in a condition that is causing a flood the 
northern part of our water district. Unfortunately I don't have an 
address or details at this time, but they'll be back later to pin this 
down.

In the meantime could everyone please check their irrigation system to 
make sure its shutoff and not leaking? This will help get the wells up 
and working.
