Colorado Water Well (CWW) has new motors on the way from Texas that 
should arrive Monday. The cause of the failures is still not known, but 
CWW is in discussions with Xcel. At the minimum we do not want to 
replace the motors only to have them fail again. It will take a couple 
of days to repair each well; CWW will start with Piedmont as it has 
more capacity. At this stage we do not know whether it will be 
practical to run the system with only one well, while the second is 
repaired. Currently the target for full system operation is Wednesday 
or Thursday next week.

In separate news, I have asked CWW to look into several alternatives 
for relieving the overuse problems that started impacting us in August. 
All will cost and some may not be practical. The board is planning to 
schedule a shareholders' meeting in the coming months and this will be 
an important topic on the agenda. When we have more definitive 
information on the options, I will provide it to this list so you will 
have time to consider which path we should follow.
