[HollyMutual-Announce] Interim irrigation schedule change

Colorado Water Well (CWW) updated the distribution timers for both wells to provide water for irrigation from 6:00 to 10:00 am. The irrigation testing period from 10:00 to noon was discontinued. As always each property is only allowed to irrigate on its two designated days per week, as specified by the published schedule (link below) - there are no exceptions for drip/hand watering.

We are experimenting with running both wells at the the same time; previously they alternated during the distribution period. We are hoping this will provide more consistent water pressure, particularly for those properties along El Camino Dr and Piedmont Dr that are south of Whitehall Dr.

We are still concerned about potential leaks, but after thoroughly checking the Piedmont Well, we no longer suspect it as a direct leak source. With it back online we will see if there is any change in the water rate appearing from underground, and be looking into Piedmont's well pump production. There may still be work ahead to return the system to full operation, depending on what we find. But we are making progress and hope to further increase the irrigation period duration.
