[HollyMutual-Announce] System is turned off

All:

Xcel turned power off for the Whitehall Well this morning, and CWW
pumped out around half of the water in the pit. They are hoping to pump
out the remainder on Thursday. We're keeping fingers crossed because it
didn't appear water was refilling what they had already pumped, which if
true would eliminate most of the worst reasons why the pit flooded in
the first place. We should know more tomorrow.
