[HollyMutual-Announce] Well timers were changed

All:
I received a report that a Holly Mutual property wasn't getting water
this morning at 7:00 am. This could be caused by something as simple as
a programming error with the Piedmont Well timers, which were changed
yesterday. I have contacted Colorado Water Well and they will try to
look into this today. If they don't, I will check the system tomorrow
morning. Whatever I learn I will let everyone know.
