[HollyMutual-Announce] Well timers were changed

All:

I got a call from Colorado Water Well this morning - per my request they
have changed the Piedmont Well timers to provide water from 4:00-10:00
am everyday. This should help those who manually irrigate, and anyone
who needs to do maintenance on their irrigation system. Unless this
proves to be a problem, we will keep this schedule into the indefinite
future. The Whitehall Well will require a significant amount of work
before it can be restored to operation. I will let you know when we are
close to that completion.
