[HollyMutual-Announce] Winter shutdown

All:

I have asked Colorado Water Well (CWW) to shut the Holly Mutual system
down for the winter; they will do this sometime next week. We were very
encouraged to see no problems this year, and hope the same for next
year. The system is scheduled to be operational again on April 16, 2022.

PLEASE do not leave any cutoff valves for your irrigation system open,
and make sure your irrigation company knows this. While the Holly Mutual
pipelines will not be pressurized for most of the winter, CWW performs
maintenance during the off-months and on occasion will need to
re-pressurize the lines for testing purposes. Also, they will be
checking the system out in March/April before it is officially turned
back on. If anyone leaves their irrigation cutoff valves open, their
yards will be flooded as some of you discovered in the past.
