[HollyMutual-Announce] POSTPONED: Holly Mutual Shareholders' Meeting

All:

We were forced to postpone the Holly Mutual Shareholders' Meeting that
had been scheduled for next Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at 7:30 pm MDT.
Unfortunately we experienced a mechanical problem in mailing the meeting
announcement by postal mail within the time frame required by our
corporate by-laws. Once we identify a new date and time we will again
advise everyone. Thanks especially to all of those who assigned proxies
and provisional proxies.
