All:

Unfortunately we still don't have water. Colorado Water Well (CWW)
turned on the Piedmont Well this morning and we were able to locate and
open a valve that may have been preventing properties near our eastern
boundary from getting water, but water again began bubbling up from the
leak near the Whitehall Well within a few hours. We checked every
possibility we could think of, but we cannot explain why this is
happening. In the end we were forced to shut down the Piedmont Well and
will regroup with CWW and the excavator on Monday.
