[HollyMutual-Announce] System update

All:
I've been getting a lot of calls and emails about the status of the
wells. I'm sorry I haven't been able to get back to everyone.
I was unaware of this, but yesterday the excavator started work near the
Whitehall Well. This morning it looked like they completed the valve
repair. However they hadn't yet begun work on the leak (no one was there
at the time). I've just spoken with Colorado Water Well (CWW) - they've
been up in the mountains this week, so they haven't yet been able to
partially reactivate the Holly Mutual system.
The plan is CWW will be here tomorrow morning to turn on the Piedmont
well and ensure we can cut off the bad section of pipe where the leak is
located. If everything works out, this should restore service to the
properties that were getting water before we had to shut the entire
system down. CWW will also be checking other valves we've recently
identified that could restore service to additional properties.
This is just an update. Please do not yet plan on water service until I
send out a confirming email. At best we will be initially running at
half capacity, and if demand is too great, we will have to significantly
reduce our operating hours. Thus please use only what you need, and only
on your allocated watering days. Our focus has shifted to repairing the
leak that started all of these problems. Once that work is complete, we
should have both wells back in service.
Cheers,
Mark
