[HollyMutual-Announce] Well status update

All:

We're going through the usual teething problems with activating the
Holly Mutual system this year. Reports drifted in a few days ago that
the water supply was inconsistent: 4 hours on, 4 hours off. Colorado
Water Well (CWW) investigated this yesterday and discovered one of the
well controllers had a fault and shut itself down. Unfortunately their
controller expert is working out-of-town, so the best they could do for
now was to make an adjustment and reset the fault. They're not convinced
this is a solution and will be checking the well again today. At worst
the controller expert should be back later in the week to perform a
deeper diagnose.

We also have a nagging small leak from an abandoned fire hydrant near
the NW corner of my property. CWW has been trying to close the shutoff
valve for this since December, but it's stuck and they finally gave up
yesterday. The plan is to have an excavator out on Thursday or Friday to
dig up the valve and cap it. Hopefully this is a pretty minor repair,
but it will require the system to be shut down for the work.

This may not be the best week to schedule your irrigation company to
turn on your sprinkler systems. I will follow-up when I know more.

Cheers,

Mark Derbyshire
