Each year our goal is to provide irrigation water from April 16 to 
September 30, although we often are able to extend this until October 
31. That was the plan for this year, but this morning we developed a 
major leak near the Whitehall well and there is no way we are going to 
have this fixed by the end of the month. Of course we will fix it in 
the next week or two, but this event marks the end of our 2017 
irrigation water supply.

Please ensure you or your irrigation company closes the necessary 
valves so your system will not flood when Colorado Water Well 
temporarily turns the wells on for maintenance during the winter, and 
tests prior to our April start of operation. Several properties have 
failed to do this in the recent past, and this has caused flooding and 
unnecessary work for us.
