[HollyMutual-Announce] Lack of repair progress

We haven't forgotten about the leak, and considerable effort has been 
invested into cajoling the excavator to get the repair work finished. A 
lot of excuses have been made in return about the weather and the 
danger of collapsing holes from water saturated soil, but fundamentally 
little progress has been made in the past 4-5 weeks.

A week ago we were told the leak would be fixed as of a few days ago. I 
have been on the phone every day since to get an updated plan, but 
unfortunately have nothing new to report. I have been promised a return 
call this afternoon, but was told the same yesterday without any result.

With forecasted hot, dry weather ahead, the board has been considering 
redirecting the excavation approach, but so far we have been guilty of 
hoping the existing efforts were soon to succeed. I will advise this 
list once I have any news of progress, or any change the board chooses 
to make.
