[HollyMutual-Announce] Lack of repair progress

All,

We were advised today by Colorado Water Well that repairs to the leak 
are currently on hold because of a concern that the hole might collapse 
on the workers who are hand excavating it. The continuing rains have 
provided us with 4.5" of moisture in May alone, which has been helpful, 
but has also hampered the repair progress.

I know many of you have made multiple appointments with your irrigation 
companies to turn on your systems, only to have to cancel or postpone 
them. Pressure is now being applied to CWW to work out a more 
expeditious solution, and we will keep you posted.
