[HollyMutual-Announce] Leak update

Last week's excavation for the latest leak was not successful. We are 
trying to avoid tearing up a lot of roadway blindly searching for it, 
because that would result in expensive repairs. CWW has engaged a leak 
detection company to narrow the search, but they won't be available 
until Wednesday. I'm sorry, I wish I had better news to report.
