All:

We have been waiting on utility marking, and the issuance of a city 
permit to commence the repairs on the second leak. I'm not entirely 
clear as to why we needed the permit, because that normally isn't 
required. Regardless the excavator will be here first thing Thursday 
morning to start digging for the leak. CWW has reasonable hopes the 
repair work will be completed tomorrow, and if successful we would have 
water Thursday night/Friday morning. But we will have to wait to see 
how this progresses. I will update you once we have definitive 
information.
