[HollyMutual-Announce] Leak update

At the moment we are not sure what is going on. Last week we determined 
that Holly water was coming out of a drainage pipe on the north side of 
Piedmont - it stopped when we turned off the wells, and resumed when we 
turned them back on. The drainage pipe runs underneath Piedmont to a 
low spot on the south side. The Holly mainline is nearby. On Tuesday we 
started excavating, looking for the source of the water. This morning 
when the wells were turned on, no water appeared.

It's possible this is a leak that takes time to saturate the ground to 
the extent that it starts seeping into the drainage pipe. We have left 
the wells on tonight to see if the leak shows water tomorrow. This 
means that at least for tonight, we are distributing water again.
