[HollyMutual-Announce] Wells back in operation

All:

The well motors have been replaced and the storage tanks are in the 
process of being refilled. We expect to be back to normal operation 
tonight. After significant consideration, we will implement the normal 
fall schedule of providing water from 3:00-10:00 am each morning. 
Please water only on your assigned days.

We attempted to start the system two days ago using only the Whitehall 
well, but were overwhelmed by far too many irrigation systems trying to 
use the water. This forced us to wait until the Piedmont well was 
functional. Piedmont gives us a little margin, but we know from August 
that too many households were drawing water outside of their scheduled 
time. When this happens no one gets water.
