[HollyMutual-Announce] Both wells are again operating

Colorado Water Well completed repairs this morning on the Piedmont well 
and has successfully tested the system. The well distribution timers 
have been reset to our "hot season" schedule of 12:00 midnight - 10:00 
am. Please readjust your irrigation controllers to these times on your 
watering days. Thanks again for your cooperation during our restricted 
watering period.
