[HollyMutual-Announce] Piedmont booster pump status

Progress is being made on replacing the Piedmont booster pump, but it has
been slow. The installation began today and is expected to be complete
tomorrow. In the meantime the Whitehall well has been unable to keep up
with the demand. The availability of water has been at best sporadic.
Colorado Water Well has inspected the Whitehall well and determined that
this is a result of the storage tank being pumped dry and the well pump
having a lower pumping rate than Piedmont's.

We have taken the opportunity to replace the Piedmont booster pump with a
higher capacity unit. The well system will be able to supply more water at
peak times than in the past, but only as long as there is water in the
storage tanks. The rate we can fill the storage tanks is unchanged and
limited by the well depth and size of the bores.

This change will require some adjustment of the controls over the next
week, so there may be still some minor problems ahead. Please bear with us.

Cheers,
Mark Derbyshire,
Holly Mutual Board
