[HollyMutual-Announce] Piedmont booster pump failure

The Piedmont booster pump failed on Friday, September 5 and will need to be 
replaced. This is the pump that pressurizes the water for distribution, and 
not the well pump we replaced several months ago. The Whitehall well is 
fully operational, but as our system capacity has been halved, owners may 
experience periods of low water pressure and/or complete loss of water if 
the Whitehall storage tank is exhausted on a daily basis.

Colorado Water Well (CWW) is attempting to get a new booster pump running 
by Friday, 12 September, although further work will be required after that. 
CWW has reprogrammed the Whitehall controls to optimize the use of the 
Whitehall well in the interim. For the time being we will monitor the 
performance of the system and determine if a temporary schedule change is 
required.
