[HollyMutual-Announce] Partial System Activation

[Holly Mutual Water Company]

Colorado Water Well (CWW) has been able to activate the majority of the 
Holly Mutual Water system. To their best knowledge, there are 39 lots out 
of 46 that should have water. Those who probably do not have water are:

4896 S El Camino Dr
4900 S El Camino Dr
4950 S El Camino Dr
4800 Whitehall Dr
4850 Whitehall Dr
6200 Plateau Dr
6201 Charrington Dr

If your water availability does not agree with the above, please let us 
know.

Currently we will leave the water on over the weekend to allow owners to 
turn on and test their irrigation systems. Please follow the schedule at:

for actual watering times and days. Please note this schedule is not the 
same as in previous years. Next week we will activate timers on the wells 
to restrict the operating hours to 1:30-9:00 am.

WARNING: we do not yet have a written agreement from the Denver Water Board 
to operate our system within their current drought regulations. We believe 
we have complied with all of their requirements, but they are currently 
insisting that we obtain individual permits and signs for display. Until 
this matter is resolved, you will have to use Holly Mutual Water at your 
own risk. You may be subjected to Denver Water Drought tickets and fines if 
you do. We cannot reimburse you for any expenses you may incur.
