[HollyMutual-Announce] Cutoff and Drain Valve Alert

Colorado Water Well (CWW) has been chasing water leaks, some that turned 
out to be private irrigation system problems caused by open drain valves 
and/or cutoff valves not being shut off for the winter. This delays the 
availability of water for everyone.

If you can, please verify that all of your drain valve(s) are closed, and 
if possible ensure that the cutoff valve is also shut so that CWW can more 
quickly release the system for operation. We'll send out a reminder to do 
this again toward the end of the irrigation season to help speed up next 
year's water.
