Colorado Water Well advised me this afternoon that the last leak in the 
distribution system has been fixed. The system has been turned on and will 
be left on 24 hours a day initially to allow irrigation systems to be 
tested. After a few days the timers will be activated and water will only 
be available per the schedule (1:30 - 9:00 am). If you do water over the 
next few days, please restrict it to your days and times so the system is 
not overloaded. If too many people try to use the system, no pressure will 
be available for anyone.

We are making good progress in negotiating with Denver Water regarding the 
operation of our system under their drought regulations. There appears to 
be an implied agreement, but we have nothing in writing. Until that time, 
you will be at risk of receiving a ticket from the drought patrol if your 
watering is not compliant with normal Denver Water rules. We will announce 
the resolution of this issue as soon as possible.
