[HollyMutual-Announce] System startup

[Holly Mutual Water Company]

Colorado Water Well (CWW) called to report that the Holly Mutual system
is now activated, with the official startup scheduled for tomorrow, the
16th. At the moment we are only running with the Piedmont well; the
Whitehall well is expected to be operating within a week (CWW needs two
people to activate the Whitehall well, and only one was available
today). Piedmont is set to distribute water 24/7 so you can test your
irrigation systems during the day. We expect to switch to the normal
irrigation schedule in early May.
