All:

We're not going to make our traditional goal of activating the Holly
Mutual system on April 16th (today), although we may be close.

Several weeks ago Colorado Water Well (CWW) tested the system and
everything worked fine. Unfortunately several days later we were advised
by a homeowner that there was water pooling on their property. CWW
investigated and determined this leak was a homeowner responsibility.
We've have been working with the homeowner to locate the appropriate
cutoff valve because CWW believes there is a good probability that all
we have to do is close this valve. This has been complicated by the fact
that the cutoff valve requires an obsolete key that is no longer
commonly available. Yesterday CWW tried a key they hoped would match,
but it did not. When I last talked to them last night, they were
fashioning a custom key in their shop, and hopefully will stop by today
to try it out.

If this works we should be able to activate the wells and supply water
in the next few days. Otherwise, we already have permission from the
homeowner to cap their supply line, but that would take a few more days.
I will let everyone know when I hear back from CWW.
