[HollyMutual-Announce] Shareholders Meeting Retry

All:

When we attempted to hold our last Shareholders' Meeting on May 24, we
fell just short of achieving a quorum. Unfortunately that means we will
have to try again. The board has reserved October 19, 2021 at 7:30 pm
for this purpose. We will again hold the meeting online, with further
details to be provided as we get closer.

While it would be great if everyone could attend, this is not a
requirement. If you would prefer to assign a proxy, please reply to this
email and indicate who will represent you. This can be anyone who will
be attending, including any one of the current board members:

Carol Breeze
Tom Chandler
Mark Derbyshire
Abbas Rajabi

Please consider assigning a "contingency proxy" even if you plan to
attend the meeting. That way if your plans change unexpectedly, we will
not be at risk of failing to meet quorum again. Should you attend, your
contingency proxy will not apply.

We are still looking for at least one more shareholder to volunteer to
run for election to the Holly Mutual Board of Directors. The commitments
are generally small, but it would make life easier for the rest of us.
Thanks especially to Elizabeth Waldorf who has already volunteered to
run for election. With three current board members willing to continue,
we still need to fill one more seat.

Thanks also to everyone who managed to attend the May meeting attempt,
and to those who assigned proxies.
