[HollyMutual-Announce] Shareholders Meeting Tonight!

All:

The Holly Mutual Annual Shareholders' Meeting is tonight at 7:00 pm via
a Zoom virtual meeting. Please make sure you have the Zoom app installed
on your desktop/laptop computer or cell phone in advance. I will email a
meeting invite to this email list at 6:55 pm that will have the
necessary links and meeting ID for you to join the meeting. We have only
40 minutes from then until our meeting 'expires', and thus we will
attempt to adhere to the following agenda:

7:00 - 7:05    Welcome and system update      Mark Derbyshire

7:05 - 7:10    Holly Mutual Financial Report  Kris Morse

7:10 - 7:15    Questions and Answers          All

7:15 - 7:20    Election of New Board          All

7:20 - 7:30    New Business                   All

It is critical that we have a quorum of the shareholders for this to be
an official meeting, and therefore it is important that everyone attend
who can; those who can't need to appoint a proxy. We have already
received several proxy appointments and we thank those of you who have
sent them. Please continue to email proxy appointments today, well
before the meeting if possible.

The other important matter is we are looking to fill two open board
positions and we really need at least a couple of you shareholders to
volunteer to be nominated for the election. If you are willing, it would
help us to know who you are in advance so that the election vote will
run efficiently. Simply email us your name some time today and Thanks!

The current board members who are running for re-election are:

The outgoing board directors, whom we all need to thank for their
service are:
