[HollyMutual-Announce] Temporary system shutdown

All:

We had a report of water streaming down to El Camino Dr this morning. We
believe we have isolated the problem to a private irrigation water
cutoff valve that is broken and inoperable. It does not appear to be a
leak in the Holly Mutual pipeline. Out of expediency Colorado Water Well
will be by late tonight to shutdown the wells to stop the water from
leaking.

While the broken cutoff valve will need to be replaced before we can
return the Holly Mutual system to full operation, tomorrow we will look
into isolating the affected portion of the pipeline. This would restore
water service to all properties except for about six in the area
immediately east of El Camino, north of Charrington,  and south of
Plateau. When I have more information I will let everyone know.
