[HollyMutual-Announce] Upcoming Shareholders Meeting

All:

We have scheduled our annual Holly Mutual Water Company Shareholders
Meeting for Monday, May 24, 2021 at 7:00 om MDT. In the pandemic era
this will necessarily be a Zoom Meeting, which will require either a
cell phone or computer to login; you should install the Zoom app and
register beforehand. For those who have not done this before, we will
schedule a dry-run session several days in advance to give you a chance
to test your setup/connection.

Perhaps the most critical item on the agenda is to elect all members for
the Holly Mutual Board. Several of us are willing to run for
re-election, but we need at least two volunteers to replace open seats
on the board. If you have experience with financial matters/budgets that
would be especially appreciated, but this is in no way a requirement. Of
course anyone may run for election, whether for an open seat or not.
Typically, serving on the board requires a minimal time investment as we
try to share the responsibilities amongst the members. If you're
interested, please respond to this email and/or contact any board member
with your questions.

We plan to publish a formal agenda about a week prior to the meeting. If
you have any topic that you would like addressed, please let us know
ahead of that time.

Colorado Water Well was contacted a couple of months ago to ensure the
wells will be ready for our traditional start-up day of April 16. They
are completing several maintenance items for both wells and we will be
tracking them leading up to that date. An official email will be sent
once we have a final confirmation that all testing has been completed.
