[HollyMutual-Announce] Winter system shutdown

With the change in the weather, it seems a reasonable time to shut the
Holly Mutual system down for the winter. We have advised Colorado Water
Well (CWW) to turn the system off and they expect to do this by the end
of this week. While the system will likely be off for most of the
winter, CWW performs off-season maintenance that occasionally requires
our pipelines to be repressurized. Thus it is imperative that when you
shut your irrigation systems down for the winter and blow out the lines,
you need to ensure your Holly Mutual cutoff valve is closed to prevent
any water getting back into your irrigation system and freezing. Our
planned system reactivation date is April 16, 2021 and we will have CWW
begin preparations and testing in early March.
