[HollyMutual-Announce] System operation partially restored

All:

Colorado Water Well has restored operation of the wells by isolating the
failed section of our pipeline loop. Unfortunately there are two
properties north and adjacent to the Whitehall Well that had to be
isolated in the process, and they will have no water until the leak is
repaired. Last year there were additional properties that were
accidentally isolated on top of these two because of a long forgotten
valve elsewhere. We have been assured this is no longer the case. If you
believe you should have water and you don't, please let me know. We are
working hard to get the leak repaired, but the location is not in a
favorable place. This is complicating the excavation bid and the City
will be involved as this is under a road.
