[HollyMutual-Announce] Partial System Reactivation

Yesterday Colorado Water Well (CWW) had to deal with a potable water
emergency elsewhere, so we weren't able to resume leak testing until
today. CWW was able to force the leak to appear this afternoon by
opening our new isolation valve, and they are now heading back to close
that valve. We will continue to supply water from the Piedmont Well over
the weekend.

While initial evidence suggested the leak was coming from the pipe
connecting the Whitehall Well to our main pipeline loop, today's test
and other recent tests are now strongly pointing to the leak being
elsewhere. We will attempt to prove the latter on Monday, and if true we
should be able to run both wells while we further narrow the source of
the leak.
