All,

After testing Monday afternoon this week and conferring with Colorado
Water Well (CWW), the board opted to focus on returning the system to
operation by installing a new isolation valve in our pipeline. This will
allow us to continue isolating the leak without requiring the entire
system to be down. CWW called the excavator on Tuesday and I met with
them on Wednesday to identify the location. They are currently
projecting Tuesday next week to perform the work. One this is done we
will activate the majority of the Holly Mutual system using just the
Piedmont Well. After that we will try opening one of the Whitehall
isolation valves to determine if we can restore service to shareholders
north of Whitehall Dr. In parallel we hope to narrow the search for the
leak, without affecting the supply of water.
