[HollyMutual-Announce] Whitehall Well Leak

All:

We have had an excavator engaged for several days to fix the Whitehall 
Well leak. The hangup has been the City permitting process. Late this 
afternoon we were informed that the City will be issuing the permit for 
the work on Monday. The excavator has been scheduled to start first 
thing Tuesday morning. This is a week later than I had hoped, and we 
might have to check in with the City as to why we, as a utility 
company, have to wait when others can start emergency repair work 
immediately.
